Proposal
Three plans for every Harborline service team, priced for 180 seats. The pilot ran on Business features, so that is what we recommend.
The pilot proved the process with 12 people. Rolling it out means regional routing in all four regions, directory sync for 14 teams and an audit trail IT can review. That is the Business plan, plus a fixed fee for the rollout itself.
